GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION
The Memorial Forest Club Clubhouse is suitable to many different size groups and various rental ideas. Activities and rental vary from club meetings to teen dances, scout meetings, wedding receptions, and Young Life. The clubhouse is kept in neat working order with regular housekeeping every week.
A rental deposit check and completed contract are required to hold the Clubhouse for a renter. All contracts require a member’s signature. Payment is required prior to the time of the function, and keys are issued when the payment is made. Rental of the clubhouse must not conflict with Memorial Forest Club functions, and use of the pool must not conflict with regular MFC pool hours.
The tennis courts and volleyball courts ARE NOT AVAILABLE for rental and cannot be used when renting the clubhouse. Members’ use of our facilities is always considered. Member refers to members in good standing.
DAYS AND HOURS OF RENTALS
Hours:
Friday and Saturday nights and before legal holidays until 12:30 a.m.
Sunday through Thursday, until 10:30 p.m.
May – September:
The Clubhouse is not available during hours that the Memorial Forest Club Pool is open.
May through August:
No rentals on first or third Friday of the month during May, June, July, and August (Adult Night).
Holidays:
No rentals on Opening Weekend of the Pool (first weekend in May), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and the first weekend in December.

Daytime Event $205
Night Event $325
Deposit For Clubhouse Rental $300
Furniture included in above clubhouse rental: 5 each 42” round tables, 6 each 8’ tables, 85 folding chairs. The Clubhouse measures 40’ x 60’.
Civic Clubs & Weekly Rates:
Rates are not negotiable
Civic Clubs in the Memorial Area $75
Non-profit groups, scout groups, $40
ball teams, etc. (special rate is available for restricted times/hours)
1. The rental contract must be obtained from the Rental Director, completed and returned with the rental deposit check before the rental date can be confirmed. Non-members can only rent the clubhouse if they have a member sign their contract as a “sponsor”.
2. The rental payment check should be delivered to the Rental Director no later than the day before the event. The keys to the Clubhouse will not be issued unless a rental payment check is received.
3. The renter must follow the rental rules and return the Clubhouse keys to the Rental Director after all rented items are returned to their storage area and the Clubhouse is clean.
4. The Rental Director will inspect the premises following all events and if all is in order, the rental deposit check will be destroyed.
5. If additional clean-up is required or damage has occurred, the amount necessary to rectify the situation will be deducted from the rental deposit check.
